3. Application and Participation Terms
Age requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Accuracy of information: Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration.
Registration process: After online registration, users will be contacted for a short video interview for identity verification and better understanding of their interests.
Participant selection: SpeedElite Dating reserves the right to select users based on internal criteria to ensure compatibility among participants.
Profile photo verification: Each user is required to upload several photos clearly showing their face and full body. These photos are not publicly available and are used solely for compatibility assessment and profile verification by the SpeedElite Dating team.

4. User Account
Registration: Users can create a personal profile by providing the required personal information.
Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
Unauthorized access notification: If unauthorized access is suspected, users must immediately notify SpeedElite Dating.

5. Code of Conduct

6. Event Photography
Use of photos: An official photographer may be present at events to capture the atmosphere and interactions. By attending, users explicitly consent to the possibility of their photo being published on the SpeedElite Dating website, social media, or promotional materials for service promotion purposes.

7. Fees and Payments
Prices: Service prices are listed on the website and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Payment is made in advance via available payment methods listed on the website.
Price changes: SpeedElite Dating reserves the right to change service prices at any time. Changes will not affect already completed bookings.
Refunds: Refunds are possible in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in section 8.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
User cancellations: Users may cancel participation up to 48 hours before the scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Organizer cancellations: If the event is canceled by SpeedElite Dating, users will be offered a new date or a full refund.

9. Liability
Limitation of liability: SpeedElite Dating is not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between users after the event.
SpeedElite Dating does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by other users.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
While providing its services, SpeedElite Dating may collect the following categories of personal data:

– Contact information (email, phone)
– Personal photos
– Other service-related data (habits, preferences)
